HWT-PT: Tonglen

This is a very advanced practice that will need to be taught when participants have a good working knowledge of mindfulness, Focusing, ... .

Resources are scarce but I can find the DVD/CD from the person who has devoted their life to teaching this practice.

Practitioner's will need to demonstrate a strong grasp of this practice so that they can teach clients and SO THAT THEY CAN USE THIS PRACTICE IN THEIR OWN SELF-CARE!

The basics of this practice can be taught in seminar form but it will need to be perfected in supervision!

I will need to create: a handout explanation of the process, a video of myself using this with a client, in supervision and for myself in life.

I can introduce practitioners to the different organ systems of TCM here and the different emotions that are related to each of these organ systems so that they can use this as a tool to better understand the nature of negative energies when they are identified by the client within the body. This will also be useful for Focusing and mindfulness.
