Where can user define a FriendlyUrlName.

Unfortunately even the manual registration of a UserFriendlyUrl name for a node like:
http://debategraph.org/UserFriendlyUrl appears to have "diminished into thin air".
This is the minimal requirement to give Debategraph some Wikiness...
Or did I overlook something?
