AH: supervisor, supervisee, practitioner, client, (fifth) researcher -- not sure where researcher should sit -- some of the time, researcher is going to be practitioner, sometimes supervisor, sometimes separate

AH: need to decide whether (or not) to combine CFS with PTS for a funded clinical trials -- makes sense to continue examining both pathways of funding: local trials funded by insurance companies, creating clinical settings for SolrSherlock, etc.
