This bill is a good start but there are still loop holes

We cannot fix these loopholes because we the people have given our power to Corrupt leaders who have the power to both create and institute the rules and laws that govern our society to their liking and selfish needs.

Loop holes are excuses to waste time avoiding the spirit of the law
□
Any trades of $1,000 or more have to be reported....

The house says the law does not effect family members and spouses
