Legalize all drugs, but regulate where they may be used
Legalize all drugs, but only to be sold and used at drug bars. The drug bars will be taxed to support a police presence at bar. The police officers will monitor all exiting patrons to assure they are in safe condition to leave and operate their vehicle (if they drove).
