Coronary Heart Disease

Dr. Esselstyn spoke at TEDxCambridge (2011). 

"Coronary heart disease [...] is nothing more than a toothless, paper tiger that need never exist and if it does exist it need never, ever progress. This is a food-borne illness."

In this short video Dr. Esselstyn talks about his 25-year heart study and his solution to the concern he perceived his patients might have about being left to undertake the study on their own.
