Nitroglycerin sustained release caps for angina relief

A patient presents to her physician requiring maximal medical therapy for her CAD.  She is on isosorbide mononitrate but is still having angina.  VisTa reminds the clinician that sustained release nitroglycerin capsules 2.5 mg po bid might have more clinical efficacy in controlling her angina.
