How will science shape what it means to be human?', the latest topic considered on the Future Forum hosted by Dr Norman Swan.
While not directly relevant, this issue does address one of the observations made in the introduction to the Civilization Project Map, namely the way in which technology may change human nature (and human beings).
This is a fascinating subject which I think deserves to be included on the periphery of the Civilization Project - until such time as it evolves into a separate but related map.
