How About the rest?

Joseph Estrada.  Mr.President, after everything that you have gone through, why would you want to live in a snake pit again?

Estrada is right that the opposition should be united or they will be cancelling out each other.  On the constituent assembly, he said he would run as representative of his district just to challenge President Arroyo, if and when the Constituent Assembly changes the form of government to parliamentary or federal.  I think that's fair game, if that happens and by then, his prohibition to run for any public office again, would be a political (rather than legal) issue.

The question, however, is will Estrada make the Philippine prosper, if ever.  He is at a disadvantaged on this as he was already given the chance before.

Gilbert Teodoro.  Although he is already Secretary of National Defense, a civilian controlling the entire military, he relatively came out of nowhere in presidential politics.  But Teodoro strikes me as very intelligent and he certainly talks weighty like a CEO.

He is also of the Cojuangco clan, one of the richest families in the Philippines.

Will he make the Philippines prosper?  I personally think he has the skills and the making.

Francis Escudero.  The guy does not have a CEO or executive experience but he is believed to have the youth vote.

Will he make the Philippines prosper?  Hmm, if he can raise P3 Billion, which he believes is not necessary.

Loren Legarda.  The lady does not have a CEO or executive experience also but she had been a consistent top senator in past elections.

Will she make the Philippines prosper?  Same comment as Francis Escudero.
