Increase Value Add-on of Exports

When one analyzes the input-output table of our exports, imported inputs are about 93%.  This means we are just integrating the components for re-export.

Could the imported components be halved to provide more opportunities for local labor, solicit more local investments for expanded manufacturing backward integration and halve this sector's dollar requirements?
