De-toxify the question of Labour MPs and candidates

Insist that most candidate selections should be re-opened in an open way with no 'incumbent' advantage. Appoint a panel of 'honest brokers' -  people with a reputation for probity - and ask them to investigate and provide each candidate with a 'probity' statement.
