More raw data in standard formats and fewer reports

Policies should require providing more raw data in standard formats and fewer reports. Reports should be in structured formats for easier analysis e.g. Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) reports should be published in Strategy Markup Language (StratML) and distributed thought RSS feeds.
