Untestable

How do we determine if complexity is specified or evolved?  Anyway, the concept of irreducible complexity totally ignores the 'scaffolding argument'.  A house seems irreducibly complex until you realise that a scaffold was erected to build it, and then jettisoned.  Same for biology.
