Women are handling it themselves

According to Sex Roles: A Journal of Research, women are closing the pay gap themselves by not relying on men to do it for them. More and more women are taking managerial positions which as of now is slowly closing that pay gap we hear so much about.

For that matter, there have been men who have made strides in helping to pay women equally but a large majority of men in managerial positions do not intentionally pay women less. There is a bias that occurs for whatever reason between men and women on both sides.
My overall point, as stated before, is that women are taking care of this themselves despite the bias that sometimes is unrecognized. Women are taking more managerial positions and will soon have enough control over the business world that men and women will be offered equal pay for equal work, the way that it should be.
