Create a node as friendly Url like a wiki-page in a wiki
Since there exists a free AutoLinkBookmarklet, that can call debategraph nodes like a WikiLink [from everywhere in the Web], it would make sense to handle node-generation like page-generation in a wiki.
This means: please let the dg-system offer the caller of a nonexisting node to create a friendly Url without any further ado.
This should be a patch, taking only less than 10 lines of code.
