This mutual cross-relation may be called:

or more verbose:
A ---- B :<=> "The nodes A and B are related to each other"
May be, that this universal relation already exists in Debategraph.
In this case, it would be great, to be able to create it with one stroke in the "add idea" action.
Benefit: eliminating the painful menial task of an additional cross-relating-action.
