"capitalism" is a mix of True Capitalism and Mercantilism.

What we commonly call "capitalism" is a mixture of True (free market) Capitalism and Mercantilism. Any business with a franchise from government protecting it from competition is not capitalist but instead mercantilist. Businesses without such are competing on the merits of their products/services.
