This is a Global Challenge, so as underdeveloped countries improve their quality they will have less opportunity to reduce their resource use.
To cut resource use in half, developed countries will have to cut their current use by as much as seventy-five percent of 2000 usage.
It can be done with a combination of leadership, discipline and flexibility: by transforming your business model and becoming a Vigorous Learning Organization.
