Companies supporting unemployed volunteers (with temporary/part-time assignments) to construct applications for international funding for a measurable pilot demonstration, involving towing treated wastewater & biosolids along a shoreline in, say, Andalucia, to an arid portion of the coast, in order to restore sand to soil and irrigate rain-inducing saplings, to prepare for subsequent inland agroforestry, absorbing CO2 & waste, and producing food & energy crops for indigenous people's consumption & subsistence trade.
