Discussion on actions relating to cross-border electronic identity (eID) and revision of the eSignature Directive; broadband developments and a new budgetary instrument - the Connecting Europe Facility; Open data and the review of PSI Directive; Digital Content in the Single Market.

Afternoon seminar at IT College in Tallinn with stakeholders, professors, students, etc. Discussion on vibrant digital single market, digital content in the single market, cross-border digital signature and strong authentication, co-operation on cyber security.
 
Afternoon seminar on eHealth issues at the Ministry of Social Affairs.
