Both the Scottish and Welsh participants were interested in the possibilities offered by CEF and wished to receive feedback on future developments.
In particular, from the Whitehall, the EIB and "core cities" closed meeting to be organised in Birmingham to address constraints to public investment to Fibre rollout addressing inter alia State aids rules and EIB financing mechanisms.
