GL IE: Challenges and Obstacles
(1) Sustainability of the initiatives is the biggest challenge
(2) Although current policy framework provides several hooks to developing digital inclusion a coherent strategy would be useful
(3) E-accessibility and generally usability of technology – in terms of the equipment, content and services design should have prominent place in any digital inclusion strategy.
(4) Clear leadership in the public administration with regard to these issues is needed.
