Be prepared for service coninuity -- Santiago Matalonga
As CEO I'd want my organization to have contingency plans for sustaining its services during shortages/catastrophes
The purpose of service continuity is to is to establish and maintain plans to ensure continuity of services during and following any significant disruption of normal operations (CMMI for services see: http://www.sei.cmu.edu/cmmi/tools/upload/CMMI-SVC-Quick-Reference-v1-2-02262009.pdf for a quick reference).
This would include:
* Planning for "Blackswan events"
* Identifying our minimum Service Level
* Establishing plans for providing Minimum services in light of a black-swan event
* Establishing plan for re-starting standard service levels.
