Just mask or reinforce anthropogenic CO2 effect
Ocean cycles and fluctuations are important dimensions of the observed changes in the global climate against which the release of anthropogenic CO2 is ocurring. At different times, the ocean dynamics may mask or reinforce the warming effect of an increased concentration of atmospheric CO2.
