Economic Regulation of Network Service Providers

See DM: 8779286v1B - On 29 September 2011 AER submitted two Rule change requests to the AEMC. The Rule change seeks to address perceived deficiencies in the framework for economic regulation of electricity network businesses, with other changes for gas providers.
