Pass a resolution in support of the initative
Call on Quartet members—UN (Secretary-General), US, EU, and Russia—to work with regional partners—Arab League, Arab countries and Turkey—to pursue a settlement based on UNSCRs 242 and 338, the 2002 Arab League Beirut Initiative and the 2003 Roadmap.
The UN Security Council should pass a resolution calling on members of the Quartet—UN, represented by the Secretary-General, U.S., EU, and Russia—to work closely with regional partners—the Arab League, Arab countries and Turkey—to implement an initiative aimed at achieving a comprehensive Arab-Israeli settlement based on UN Security Council Resolutions 242 (1967) and 338 (1973), the 2002 Arab League Beirut Initiative and the 2003 Roadmap.
