Induct's role in IEforGJ project
In our IEforGJ project Induct serves to orchestrate the work of the transdiscipline:
- specify the desired characteristics of new journalism (we assume they have already been identified by the community through a sensemaking process
- create a team around each characteristic / idea
- once a good understanding of what's involved in supporting the characteristic is reached, the idea is moved to the next - systemic phase, (by taking advantage of Induct's process planning mechanisms) where a new team takes over and new tasks are identified.
- The final phase is – action; the butterfly – what does it take to put the identified systemic change into actual practice?
