Force UN to give full attention to region's problems
Relocating the UN HQ to Jerusalem would force the UN to give full attention to all of the issues besetting the region—e.g. poverty, human rights, rising population, the geo-politics of the oil industry (in addition of the conflict over the land and control of Jerusalem).
