For Cyberspace to really be useful it has to be available to everyone

I would like a dialogue opening about providing fit for purpose connectivity to everyone in the United Kingdom and not just a stopgap solution to fulfil the 2 megabit USC. We are JFDI ourselves here: http://www.b4rn.org.uk and we hope many more will do the same.
