Commitments
● It seems that NGO’s are willing to join forces in the field of digital inclusion, they are ready to share knowledge base and experiences; several ngo’s are willing to use open licensing schemes what would enable sharing
● There is a strong commitment from the governmental side to undertake programmes oriented towards combating digital exclusion on different levels; government officials claim that they will try to invest in existing infrastructure, e-inclusion goals and targets are prominent in currently drafted mid- and long-term strategies for Poland.
