Standardized testing looks over the child that is learning English and in class is making tremendous progress in reading, writing, and speaking yet they didnt make the benchmark for scores on the test and now no one notices the amount of work the teacher has done with the student to get them to
that point and the huge achievement and progress that student has made since starting school.
