Job creation, private businesses hired for teacher-student evaluation

Ultimately United States education needs to fare better against international competition. There are tests and standards already in place to demonstrate student learning.

There is no need to create new tests, because it is already understood what information students need in order to compete internationally in science, math, and writing. It is the educator's job to structure their classes to meet this international standards.
