we have been spending too much on this.
in 2005 renewable energy sources powered 5% of america, coal powered 30%, and nuclear reactors powered 20%. as soon as february 2011 renewable energy still only supplied 5%. and yet we've been dumping money time and other resources into renewable energy projects that just don't get anywhere.
