Africa's Humanitarian Crisis (AFR)

Issues of human rights violations across the continent have been a major obstacle to the advancement of the continent and its people.  The issue of human rights of Africans must be "recognized as universally valid" and on the same level as the more accepted political, cultural and social rights.
