My Opinion
I believe that there should remain at least two acres for recreational use seeing as most of Orange Park Acres Home Owners own horses anywhere from 1-8 per acre. I have a horse in that area and it is very nice to have a public riding arena to use instead of private housing arenas which most home owners require a fee to use their space, as well as trails to ride instead of out on the street of Santiago Canyon where numerous accidents have occurred due to careless drivers (which is another topic aside itself). Though if JMI decides to leave a little property I do see that it is fair that the Orange Park Acres Home Owners pay a small fee or are given the option to donate in order to thank the company for giving up their possible income.

Grounds: A private owner has plans for low density housing☜Orange City Council is faced with JMIs request to rezone the land for housing because the property now is designated for recreational open space and low-density housing, but zoned only for the open space.
