AU/Gaddafi - Opportunity Found?
In January 2009 Libya's leader Col. Gaddafi was elected chair of the African Union for a year. Gaddafi then said "I shall insist that our sovereign countries work to achieve the United States of Africa" - begging the question, where is the UA headed?
