Washington is not being fully represented in Congress.

Though Washington has a population larger than Wyoming, it is not given representatives in Congress that can vote on final legislation. Lacking a voice in our nations government but still having to pay taxes is unconstitutional, and means that Congress can ignore Washington and its growing problems.
