1) Self-commitment and ongoing collaboration among large industries to make TV products and audio-visual content delivered through DTV more accessible.

2) ITU Focus group on AV Media Accessibility. Roadmap for action by end of 2012.

3) Launching of a campaign by actors (EDF, AGE ANEC and EBU) calling for binding legislation to ensure accessibility of public sector websites and online services to citizens by 2015

4) Strengthening of ongoing initiatives making content and services accessible, in a collaborative way through “crowdsourcing” as a complement to inclusive policies (e.g. “Fix the web” initiative).

5) Awareness campaign: Microsoft & Adobe making available publicly training for content authors and businesses how to make their content and services accessible.
