Enabling e-Learning to reach its full potential depends on overcoming the lack of a holistic view, unconnected stakeholders, little cross-national collaboration, a divergence between expectations vs reality of market potential.

Change is necessary – unavoidable – but difficult and too slow

Lots of activities and experimentations going one – focusing on pedagogical change and on new ways of learning and doing but we need to scale up, learn from each other, be clear on the visions, goals and involve stakeholders, leadership, but a comprehensive holistic approach is key together with sustainability.
