G6: Digital Agenda Europe goes local

As part of the governance process of the Digital Agenda, seek to connect localities and communities who are already active in developing local digital agendas, and work together to spread the use of Local Digital Agendas throughout Europe.

Digital Agenda Going Local II represents an opportunity to assess progress on DAE actions as well as follow up on issues and commitments identified at the workshops of Digital Agenda Assembly (DAA) in June 2011.

It builds on the Digital Agenda Going Local I series of meetings in 2010 – with the focus this time more on the specific Digital Agenda priorities in each of the Member States; all of which will be visited during GL II.

The main objectives of Going Local II are threefold now:
  1. Reporting on progress of the Digital Agenda
  2. Identifying challenges for the future
  3. Stimulate actions and commitments
