By harnessing the full potential of ICT, Europe could much better address some of its most acute societal challenges.


Challenges such as: climate change and other pressures on our environment, an ageing population and rising health costs, developing more efficient public services and integrating people with disabilities, digitising Europe's cultural heritage and making it available to this and future generations, etc.
