Workers to outcome types
Partners to maturity types
Customers to complexity types
The three layers are business operating models with the first being the majority of organizations and their workers fit into the Foundation or a Fast Lane.
Another layer represents the place we prove iterative or incremental change. People managers (includes project, program and portfolio managers) own the change and have the accountability to ensure change is operationalized by their workers. We have no clear path into this expectation.
Transformative type change is in the third layer. Long term investments and innovation are currently unmanageable and therefore not realized in a common way.
This file shows detailed task or activities and what type of resource we would organize and maximize the workers strengths.

The file prescribes and serves as a baseline or benchmark for organizations to see their current state and monitor either discreet or transparent.
