A person has a relationship with various types of legal entities and in certain situations by definition of an age has no legal authority to enter into legally binding relationships.  

Therefore, a child cannot have their photo taken according to a parent's right and civil rights.  
  • All technology must factor the parent and grant visibility into each child's account.   
  • All legally binding agreements must be authorized for every child in the parents physical custody.
Personal identifiable information cannot be acquired by any person without a pre-authorized permission in writing.  
  • In the case of anyone who exceeds the age of 18 with a dependent status in probate court MUST be authorized by the assigned caregiver.  
  • In the case of someone under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian MUST be the authorized approver of any rights that are legally binding agreements.  

Indirect Workarounds Used by Companies

Tactics used which must not be considered a person granting authorization will be in the feature of an application which was changed after the person logged in for the first time.  

A user buys assets for home or personal use.  The asset cannot be destroyed by any company or merchant where I may have logged into a public access network.  

A device cannot be profiled
A device cannot be tracked without a parent written authority
A person under the age of 18 has no legal authority.


All persons under the age of 18 would be far more vulnerable to threats from sex offenders and trafficking networks.  

The location tracking feature used without consideration for the users NO location selection during setup, gives a false sense of security.
