Interest & inflation free money Issue #115018

To end growth economy, replace interest with holding fee - along lines of Magrit Kennedy's stamp scrip - to eliminate inflation, transfer of wealth from poor to rich, and driver of economic growth, whilst maintaining jobs and economic activity.
