Speakers discussed how existing systems could be applied overall and debated the role of ISPs, aggregators, rights owners and consumer groups in encouraging legal consumption. There was agreement that the consumer must not be left as an afterthought.
Speakers and members of the audience shared the view that time is short and imaginative solutions are needed.
